What the company did
Ourspace (our.space) was a Barcelona SaaS startup founded in 2022 by three European tech veterans: Megan Murphy (former VP Product at Hotjar), Stephanie Bowker (former VP Marketing at Spendesk) and Mark Allen (former senior engineering manager at Glovo). It built collaborative team-design software that let leaders visualize people and their work beyond the traditional org chart, restructure teams proactively, and make smarter, people-centric org-design decisions. In October 2022 it raised €2.5 million to launch.
