01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
Robotise was a Munich-based robotics startup founded in 2017 by Johannes Fuchs and Oliver Stahl. It designed, built and installed modular service robots for hospitals, hotels, offices and airports: JEEVES (room service, minibar, snack delivery), JOOLES (UV disinfection for healthcare) and MUULES (office deliveries). Clients included Radisson Blu, Rilano Hotels and LMU Klinikum, and in 2024 Munich Airport trialed JEEVES as the world's first airport 'snackbot'. Backed by Bayern Kapital (2018 and 2020 rounds), it raised about $14.4 million. No shutdown, acquisition or other failure event was found — its status is unclear.
