- Acquired by Torc Robotics
On February 28, 2023, Torc Robotics, an independent subsidiary of Daimler Truck AG commercializing self-driving truck technology, signs an agreement to acquire Algolux for its award-winning intellectual property and expertise in computer vision and machine learning; president and CEO Allan Benchetrit and CTO Felix Heide's team joins Torc to strengthen Level 4 autonomous trucking capabilities.
