- Bankruptcy
Clover Inc. filed an assignment into bankruptcy under Canada’s BIA on 2 Aug 2023; GlassRatner Inc. appointed Licensed Insolvency Trustee. The trustee states the dating/livestream app was taken offline and removed from Apple and Google stores the same day. Later IP sale process in the estate (assets sold 15 Apr 2025) is a bankruptcy asset sale, not a going-concern strategic merger.
