01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
Velocity was a Tel Aviv-based developer tools startup founded in late 2020 by Tal Kain and Kobi Meirson. It provided a cloud-powered platform for on-demand, fully isolated production-like environments, letting developers test and debug software without spending their time configuring non-production environments — a pain the founders, former Israel Defense Forces 8200 Unit developers, had felt themselves. Customers included StreamElements and Granulate.
