Anodot was an Israeli business-monitoring company founded in 2014 in Ra'anana by David Drai (CEO), Ira Cohen, and Shay Lang. Its platform used unsupervised machine learning to monitor organizations' business metrics — revenue, costs, partners, customer experience — and proactively alert on anomalies and forecast issues. Customers included Atlassian, T-Mobile, Vimeo, Pandora, UPS, and Tripadvisor. The company raised about $65 million from Intel Capital, SoftBank Ventures Asia, Samsung NEXT, Aleph, and others, and later launched Umbrella, a FinOps cloud-cost management platform.

   On November 4, 2025, Glassbox, a digital experience analytics provider, announces the acquisition of Anodot; Anodot's anomaly-detection engine is integrated into the Glassbox platform. Terms are not disclosed.
