On June 15, 2021, Cybernetic Technologies Ltd (OTC: HPIL) announces the launch of Apogee Dynamics Ltd, a Vancouver-based company developing a self-charging battery powertrain for automobiles, boats and other transportation; a week later it announces plans to develop its own electric auto, the Apogee D7.
- Acquisition
On September 27, 2021, Apogee Dynamic — the Vancouver maker of electric vehicles and clean-energy power systems including electric motorbikes — is acquired by HPIL Holding, after which PitchBook lists it as Acquired/Merged.
