What the company did
Vanti Analytics was a Tel Aviv-based startup building a self-service AI platform for electronics manufacturers. Founded in 2019 by Smadar David and Niro Osiroff, its SaaS product let operations teams build and deploy no-code predictive models to detect, explain and prevent production defects and improve yield. The company raised $22 million across three rounds, including a $16 million Series A led by Insight Partners in January 2022, and was acquired by Tray.ai in March 2025.
