What the company did
Khepra was a San Francisco-based energy and chemicals startup led by CEO Julie Kring. It aimed to get petroleum out of the chemicals industry by electrifying chemical reactors and replacing petrochemicals with waste-based alternatives. It was a participant in the Techstars Alabama EnergyTech accelerator, pitching at its December 2021 demo day.
