What the company did
Peers Solutions, founded in Berlin in 2019 by Elisa Hertzler as a spin-out of the TRUMPF accelerator, built an AI-powered skill-management platform for employers. Its SELENA AI mapped employees' current skills against target profiles, generated personalized learning paths from a database of 13,000+ competencies, and measured progress in real time. The platform reached 100,000+ users at companies including Volvo, TRUMPF, KUKA and Scania before edyoucated acquired it in February 2025.
