01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
LandVault is a UK-based metaverse construction company led by CEO Sam Huber. It grew out of Admix - an in-game advertising technology firm founded in 2018 that let brands place ads inside games, working with 300+ brands and raising $37 million. In 2022 Admix merged with metaverse builder Landvault to form LandVault (valued at $300 million), pivoting into building metaverse infrastructure: over 100 million square feet of virtual real estate across platforms like The Sandbox and Decentraland for brands including Mastercard, Heineken, L'Oreal, Hershey's and Standard Chartered, with a team of 100+ builders.
