Amelia Virtual Care, a Barcelona-based virtual reality platform for mental health professionals offering more than 140 clinician-designed virtual environments, announces its intention to merge with Boston-based XRHealth; the combined company keeps the XRHealth name, with Amelia founder Xavier Palomer becoming Chief Growth Officer of the merged company.
