What the company did
X1 Esports and Entertainment Ltd. was a Vancouver, Canada esports portfolio company (incorporated in British Columbia on January 9, 2020; reverse takeover April 2021, listed on the CSE as XONE). It built a gaming/esports/media portfolio: esports organization Rix.GG, influencer talent management company Tyrus LLC, and Rocket League media outlets ShiftRLE and Octane.GG. In October 2022 it renamed itself X1 Entertainment Group Inc.
