01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
Numarics was a Swiss 'business OS' for SMEs. Founded in 2020 by Kristian Kabashi and Dominique Rey, it combined an AI-powered accounting app with experienced human accountants — a digital CFO — automating bookkeeping, invoicing, document management, and liquidity planning in one mobile-first solution. It raised more than CHF 19 million, including a round co-led by UBS through UBS Next, and grew to around 100 specialists in nine offices serving over 3,000 clients, absorbing fiduciary firm A&O Kreston in German-speaking Switzerland. At the end of 2024 it merged with Swiss digital bank Radicant to build a fully digital integration of financial services with accounting and fiduciary business for SMEs.
