01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
DwellWell was a Los Angeles-based online homebuying solution led by CEO Matt Canzoneri. Its software onboarded aspiring homeowners by helping them pre-qualify for a mortgage and learn the economics of buying, matched them with vetted local real-estate agents through its buyer-centric agent-matching technology, and offered planning tools plus a homebuyer rebate program that shared a portion of agent commissions back with buyers. In November 2022 the company raised a $4.5 million seed round led by MaC Venture Capital with participation from Anthemis Group.
