01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
Tiny Rebel Games is a game studio led by husband-and-wife team Lee Cummings and Susan Cummings, veterans of Rockstar Games and 2K Games. Its first mobile game was Doctor Who: Legacy (2013), a free-to-play match-3 puzzle RPG built with the BBC license, followed by Doctor Who Infinity. In 2022 the studio pivoted toward web3, raising $7 million led by Fabric Ventures to build the Petaverse Network — an open standard for interoperable digital pets in the metaverse.
