01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
EdilGo was a Milan, Italy startup founded in 2016 by Carlo Andrea Guatterini, Pietro Galvan, and Guidalberto Bonora. Its B2B SaaS marketplace brought automation to construction procurement: construction companies uploaded a bill of materials, the software used artificial intelligence to interpret it, and automatically generated and sent quote requests to a network of registered suppliers — speeding up bidding and enabling offer comparison by price, supplier rating, distance, and certifications. The platform also offered project management, budget tracking, document management, and collaboration tools, and the company joined the LUISS EnLabs accelerator in 2020.
