What the company did
RoverRide was a San Francisco urban transit app listed on Y Combinator. Billed as a universal urban transit app, it used real-time public transit data to give riders the best route to their destination at any moment, tracking all MUNI, BART and Caltrain lines so commuters would not have to wait or worry about missing a connection. It initially supported SF MUNI, BART and Caltrain in the San Francisco Bay Area.
