What the company did
Zavvy built an AI-powered people-enablement platform for career development, performance management and employee training. Founded in 2021 in Munich by Mehmet Yilmaz and Joshua Cornelius, it raised about $4 million and counted companies such as Moss, Primer, LoveBonito and Typeform as customers before being acquired by Deel in 2024.
