Donal Kerr and Stefan Uygur found 4Securitas in Dublin, Ireland, developing ACSIA (Automated Cyber Security Application), an AI-powered endpoint detection and response platform; the company raises a €50,000 pre-seed round from Enterprise Ireland in November 2017.
- ITrust investment and partnership
In October 2019, French cybersecurity firm ITrust takes a minority stake in 4Securitas and partners to integrate the ACSIA platform into ITrust's products.
- €2M Series A
On September 13, 2021, 4Securitas raises a €2 million Series A from Enterprise Ireland, AVM Gestioni, and ITrust - its last publicly documented funding round.
