On December 13, 2023, Certara, Inc. (Nasdaq: CERT) announces it has acquired Applied BioMath, an industry leader in model-informed drug discovery and development support. Together the two companies form the life sciences industry's largest quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) team, using biosimulation to predict drug endpoints, biomarkers and optimal dosing regimens across the development lifecycle.
