What the company did

   Archibus + Serraview, a workplace and facilities software provider backed by growth equity firm JMI Equity, acquired SpaceIQ to strengthen its position in the workplace management space.

   Merged with iOFFICE

   SpaceIQ and iOFFICE merged following strategic investments by private equity firms Thoma Bravo and JMI Equity, combining into an organization serving more than 10,000 customers in over 85 countries; SpaceIQ CEO Wain Kellum became CEO of the combined company.
