What the company did
GoodLegal was a Bucharest, Romania-based legaltech startup founded in 2021 by Vasile Tiple (former General Counsel of UiPath), Alexandru Caciulescu, Alexandru Tataran and Ioana Teleanu. It built a one-stop-shop legal infrastructure platform for legal compliance, offering a drag-and-drop document builder, out-of-the-box documents, an editor with text analysis, e-signature, automation and integrations, aimed at startups and later larger enterprises. The company raised a EUR 1.2 million pre-seed round in November 2022 led by Earlybird, with Underline Ventures, Credo Ventures and UiPath co-CEO Daniel Dines participating.
