01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
Silk Security was an Israeli cybersecurity startup founded in early 2022 by Yoav Nathaniel (CEO), Bar Katz (CTO), and Or Priel (CPO). It built a platform for cyber risk resolution: aggregating vulnerability findings from all of a company's security alert tools into a single view, then prioritizing and automating remediation. In August 2023 it raised $12.5 million in seed funding led by Insight Partners and Hetz Ventures, with participation from the CrowdStrike Falcon Fund and angel investors including Shlomo Kramer and Mickey Boodaei.
