What the company did
Eden Health was a New York City company launched in 2016 and led by CEO Matt McCambridge, offering a new kind of primary care for employers and their employees. Every member was matched with a dedicated Care Team of clinicians providing 24/7 digital care, same-day in-person primary care, behavioral health services, and benefits navigation through a mobile app, plus workplace pop-up clinics. It worked directly with employer groups and health plans, raised $99 million in venture funding from investors including Flare Capital Partners, Stone Point Capital, Greycroft, PJC, Max Ventures, and Aspect Ventures, and earned a 4.97-out-of-5 customer satisfaction rating.
