01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
Woven was a calendar and scheduling startup founded in 2016 by Tim Campos (former CIO at Facebook) and Burc Arpat. It built a calendar app that automatically pulled events from multiple sources, scheduled meetings, and added analytics - in the two-plus years after launch, users scheduled over 2.2 million events and the app processed over 250 million events for more than 40 million people. Slack invested in the company through its Slack Fund.
