What the company did
Cloudamize was a Philadelphia-based cloud computing analytics and automation company founded by Khushboo Shah in 2012. Its platform used high-fidelity analytics and automation to take the guesswork out of scoping, configuring and migrating enterprise IT infrastructure to the cloud, and it went to market largely through a partner channel ecosystem. The company served more than 500 enterprise customers, including ESPN, OfficeMax and the Salvation Army.

- Acquired by Cloudreach
London-based Cloudreach, backed by Blackstone, acquired a majority stake in Cloudamize in August 2017. Cloudamize became a new software business unit within Cloudreach, retaining its Philadelphia base; the terms were not disclosed.
