What the company did
MixR (mixr.net) is a Los Angeles-based employee experience SaaS startup founded in 2021 by Cecile Moulard and Dominique Lejade. Its simple-to-use platform, available on all devices, enables employees to join, create and manage interest-based communities — such as ERGs and affinity groups — in a safe and private environment, on a mission to scale trust and belonging at work. In June 2021 it closed a $2.5 million funding round in preparation for a Series A, and signed channel partnerships with firms such as Workr Beeing and DEI Partners.
