What the company did

Logik.io (founded 2021, Chicago, by CPQ veterans Christopher Shutts and Godard Abel, CEO of G2) built a 'Commerce Logic Engine' — a composable, headless, AI-powered CPQ (configure-price-quote) platform for complex B2B selling. Its intelligent product discovery, configuration and recommendation engine sat on top of Salesforce CPQ and other commerce systems, serving manufacturers and tech customers like Keysight Technologies, CORT, Fike, Club Car, Lamons and Palo Alto Networks. It raised $51 million (seed 2021 via High Alpha; $16M Series A in May 2023 via Emergence Capital; $25M Series B in late 2024).
