Libby is a library e-book and audiobook app built by OverDrive and launched in 2017 as a modernized replacement for the OverDrive app. Readers enter their library card number, then browse their library's catalog of e-books, audiobooks and magazines, place holds, download for offline reading, and send titles to Kindle in the US.
