01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
Subskribe was a subscription-management, consumption-metering, and billing platform built for the 'post-subscription SaaS' world, where pricing blends subscriptions with usage-based and consumption models. Launched in February 2022 with $18.4 million in seed and Series A funding (8VC led the A round, Slow Ventures led the seed), it revamped the quote-to-revenue approach for SaaS companies. Its team had pioneered subscription billing at Zuora; the CEO was co-founder Pandey. On November 19, 2025, DealHub.io - the agentic CPQ leader - announced it would acquire Subskribe, combining its billing platform with DealHub's quote-to-revenue suite for SLG, PLG, and consumption-based go-to-market motions.
