01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
Lobby (lobby.game) is a social networking app designed to help users hang out with friends and family through real-time voice chat. Its signature feature was a nightly one-minute video call with a random friend. Beyond that, users could play third-party games together, watch YouTube videos and listen to music in sync, and share their phone screen in real time with voice chat — positioned as a social-gaming hangout for kids and teens to instantly match, watch games together and chat.
