What the company did
Feedback Intelligence was an AI-native startup founded and led by CEO Chinar Movsisyan. It built AI evaluation and analytics capabilities that turn raw conversational data into actionable insights: real-time intent detection, sentiment analysis, and friction-point identification, helping teams understand what users valued, what went wrong, and where opportunities existed. The team brought deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and AI/LLM evaluation. ActiveCampaign acquired the startup (with Movsisyan joining ActiveCampaign's Technology and Product organization) to accelerate its Active Intelligence platform, integrating Feedback Intelligence's production-ready evaluation infrastructure so AI agents continuously learn and improve.
