What the company does
Queer Spaces, Inc. (Los Angeles) is a social app for the LGBTQ+ community, pitched as a digital safe space where queer people are celebrated for who they are and connect in group chats over shared interests. The team had previously built Hornet, a queer social network with 2.5 million monthly active users. It was advised by and raised from Sean Rad, founder of Tinder, and was featured as Apple's App of the Day on Pride Sunday (June 26). Its crowdfunding raise (target $100K-$1M) drew 87 investors.
