01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
Rubik was an NYC-based startup founded in 2017 by Amar Sehic, Krenar Roka and Tommaso Montagni. It built a data-driven acquisition platform for institutional single-family rental (SFR) investors: by harvesting and analyzing market data, its technology identified homes matching each buyer's criteria that were not on the market, then brought them onto a marketplace for streamlined, fully digitized acquisitions with full data transparency, without taking ownership of the homes.
