Jeli was an incident management startup founded in 2019 that built an enterprise-grade, all-in-one incident management platform. It enabled teams to respond to, manage and analyze incidents — aggregating incident data to surface patterns, identify improvement opportunities across escalations and resource allocation, and turn every incident into an opportunity to learn. Already integrated with PagerDuty, Jeli was acquired by PagerDuty in November 2023 to complete the incident-management lifecycle of the PagerDuty Operations Cloud; this was not a failure event.
