The business, the turning points, and the decisions behind them.
01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
Sonnet BioTherapeutics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SONN) was a Princeton, NJ-based clinical-stage biotech developing biologic medicines for cancer and other serious diseases on its proprietary albumin-binding technology. Its lead candidate SON-1010 (an IL-12 immunotherapy) reached combination trials with Roche's atezolizumab; SON-080 was partnered in India with Alkem. It raised about $59.2 million in total.
02 / Sonnet BioTherapeutics FAILURE REASONS

On December 2, 2025 stockholders approved a reverse merger: Sonnet was acquired by Hyperliquid Strategies Inc., Nasdaq trading of SONN was suspended on December 3, and the combined entity trades as PURR.
