What the company did

Casa was a South Florida-based technology startup providing home improvement contractors with turn-key 'Business in a Box' software to run their businesses. Founded in 2020, it offered an all-in-one platform — integrated into a white-label website — for managing websites, SEO, social media, customer relationship management (CRM), financing customers, marketing automation, accessing business capital and increasing sales. Its proprietary financing technology pre-qualified over 85% of applicants without affecting their credit score, working with partners including Foundation Finance Company, FTL Finance, Noah and Hometap. After launching its Beta in March 2021, it was adopted by over 700 contractors across all 50 US states in more than 100 trades, including remodeling, roofing, HVAC, siding, pool construction and hardscaping. In February 2022 it closed a $1.2 million pre-seed round from Hustle Fund, GS Futures, Chaos Capital and others, and launched the third iteration of its platform, 'Ares.'
