What the company did
Sandbox Banking was a Cambridge, Massachusetts fintech founded in 2015 by Ravi Balasubramanian and Skye Isard. It developed Glyue, an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) that connects banking cores and critical systems with more than 50 leading fintech integrations — covering lending, deposits, KYC/AML compliance, mobile banking and analytics. Its self-service workflow automated data extraction, transformation and loading, helping banks and credit unions simplify integration projects, eliminate redundancies and align data across core and ancillary systems. The company employed about 34 people and raised around $4 million before its exit.
