01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
Noetic Cyber provided cyber asset attack surface management (CAASM): a proactive platform for cyber asset and exposure management that helped security teams see, understand, and fix their security posture and control drift. Co-founded in 2019 by Paul Ayers, Allen Hadden, and Allen Rogers, it broke down data silos across security tools to give security teams a correlated view of internal and external assets and risk context. In 2024 it was acquired by Rapid7, which folded its capabilities into its security operations platform.
