01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
Launchable, founded in 2019 by Jenkins creator Kohsuke Kawaguchi and Harpreet Singh, built an AI co-pilot for software testing: machine learning over test history predicted which tests were likely to fail for a given change, shrinking CI pipelines, triaging failures and tracking test health. Customers included BMW and GoCardless, which reported large cuts in test and build times. The company raised about $12.7 million before CloudBees acquired it in August 2024.
