01 / WHAT IT BUILT
What the company did
UniZest was a UK fintech that provided app-based e-accounts for new residents of the United Kingdom, originally set up for international students. Its e-current account let newcomers apply and set up an account before leaving their home country and receive a Debit Mastercard on arrival, tackling the difficulty non-UK nationals face opening a traditional high street bank account without proof of UK address.
