What the company did
Bonfire (bonfirewomen.com) is a talent development accelerator for rising women, selling transformational programs to employers from Fortune 500 companies to startups. Its Signature Experience is an immersive 6-month program combining All Rise Trainings (monthly cohort events with skills-based modules), curated small groups of 5-7 women, a digital classroom with learning content and community tools, and manager integration through monthly meetings. The program teaches women to clarify their values, sharpen their opinions and build influence at work, under the banner of making workplaces work for all. The company raised about $4-5 million in funding.
