Armorblox was a California cybersecurity company founded in 2017 that used AI to secure enterprise communications. Its platform combined natural-language-understanding deep learning, machine learning, computer vision and large language models to understand the content and context of email and other cloud office communications — preventing business email compromise and targeted phishing, stopping exposure of sensitive PII, PCI and PHI data, and automating threat remediation. It connected over APIs and claimed to protect more than 58,000 organizations, raising $46.5 million in total.
