What the company did
Orgnostic was a Belgrade-based people analytics platform founded in 2019 by Luka Babic and Igor Bogicevic. It helped organizations turn scattered HR data into actionable insights: collecting, cleansing and synthesizing people data from disparate sources across the employee lifecycle to explain attrition, engagement, productivity trends and salary gaps, delivered on an easy-to-use platform. Its customers included Indrive, SmartRecruiters and Suzy.

- Acquired
In March 2024 Culture Amp announced it would acquire Orgnostic, infusing its organizational-data platform into Culture Amp's AI-powered employee experience platform; deal terms were not disclosed. Former CEO Luka Babic became a VP at Culture Amp.
